This role involves promoting our products, creating memorable brand experiences, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and passionate about marketing and customer engagement, with a strong ability to communicate our brand message across diverse audiences. Duties Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and community outreach to increase visibility and awareness. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Collect data from customer interactions to support marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts. Assist in event marketing activities to attract new customers and generate leads. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience. Support branding initiatives through consistent messaging and professional presentation. Engage with the community through public speaking engagements and promotional activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that align with brand goals. Skills Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus. Proven sales ability with a focus on product demos and upselling techniques. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to engage diverse audiences effectively. Experience in event marketing, sales or promotional activities is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for public speaking and customer engagement. Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies to effectively promote products. Ability to work independently in dynamic environments while maintaining professionalism.
