Overview of Job Function:

The Platform Consultant operates as an executive evangelist of the Verint Open CCaaS platform. This senior role combines technology and business development to leverage the latest solutions in the Verint platform. In close collaboration with other functions, the Platform Consultant establishes close relationships with our customers' Senior Executive teams. Through the in depth understanding of the market, our customers' needs and the Platform's ability to drive a significant ROI , the Platform Consultant operates as trusted advisor to the customers' C-suites. The Sr. Solution Consultant works closely with solutions and product teams and will educate and evangelize to markets, customers & partners.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

+ Operate as the lead technical SME selling CX automation solutions to C-suite executive with a strong focus on the customer's ROI - increased capacity and improved CX experience. + Manage and nurture executive customer relationships through ongoing ROI discussions in marque accounts. Become trusted advisor both during and post sales cycle to internal and external stakeholders driving adoption and identify expansion opportunities in close collaboration with Customer Success. + Maintain an in-depth knowledge of machine learning and data science.
