This role sits within our marketing team and focuses on building brand awareness through in-store tastings, events, and consumer engagement throughout the North Shore and Greater Boston area. If you enjoy craft beer, connecting with people, and representing a fast-growing local brand, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in beverage marketing and brand activations. Key Responsibilities Conduct product samplings and tastings at liquor stores and retail accounts Engage with customers and introduce them to Bent Water beers Represent the Bent Water brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner Educate consumers about our beers, brewing process, and brand story Assist with local events and promotional activations when needed Capture consumer feedback and share insights with the marketing team Maintain clean and organized sampling setups Schedule & Compensation $20-25 per hour based on experience 15-20 hours per week Start date: October 2026 Most shifts occur evenings and weekends (approximately 95% of the role) Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must live within 20 miles of the Bent Water Brewery in Lynn, MA Must have a reliable form of transportation Comfortable working nights and weekends Strong communication and people skills Ability to lift and transport sampling materials and beer (up to ~40 lbs) Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars, or events Interest in craft beer and the beverage industry Outgoing personality and comfort speaking with customers About Bent Water Bent Water Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery based in Lynn, Massachusetts, focused on producing high-quality beers and building strong relationships with our community and retail partners across New England.
