Responsibilities implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the senior living industry, , community outreach, and brand positioning strategies. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of events such as open houses, health fairs, community engagement activities, and promotional functions to attract prospective residents. Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients through personalized communication, site visits, and tailored presentations to convert leads into residents. Oversee all aspects of event management including budgeting, vendor negotiations, contract management, catering arrangements, and guest services to ensure seamless execution. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and leverage social media platforms for increased outreach.
