Smirnoff Brand Ambassador Champion Proof Media Mix East Lansing, MI Job Details Temporary $250 - $300 a week 7 hours ago Qualifications Some college Google Workspace Customer communication Sales Client rapport building Organizational skills Relationship management Productivity software Full Job Description Smirnoff iHub Brand Champion Position Summary The iHub Brand Champion represents the Smirnoff Ice brand within their local market by creating engaging consumer experiences, building relationships with local accounts, and increasing brand awareness. Champions execute on-premise activations, encourage product trial, and help drive sales while representing the brand in a fun, professional, and responsible manner. Key Responsibilities
- Execute brand focused on-premise activations and sampling events.
- Engage consumers through conversations, games, and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with bartenders, managers, and venue staff.
- Help increase product visibility through POS placement and promotions.
- Submit activation reports, including photos and key metrics.
- Maintain product knowledge and represent the brand professionally at all times. Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at a university or recently graduated within one of the designated program markets.
- Active and well-connected within campus organizations, student groups, Greek life, athletics, or other social communities.
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident engaging with new people in social settings.
- Passion for experiential marketing, brand promotion, and creating memorable consumer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously develop professionally.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently while representing the brand.
- Evening and weekend availability, primarily Thursday through Sunday.
- Reliable transportation to travel within the assigned market.
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional experience is preferred but not required.
