The crave-worthy chicken fans know from U.S. Bank Stadium and Target Field is landing in neighborhoods across the Twin Cities, and we're ready to bring the crunch, the flavor, and the fun.

Our mission is simple:

serve up the best fried chicken in town, deliver an unforgettable guest experience, and create a place where friends, families, and flavor-seekers can gather for seriously good food. We're looking for skilled, upbeat, and passionate ambassadors who are ready to join the coop and help us serve chicken that is hot, crispy, juicy, and unforgettable. In this fast-paced, team-driven restaurant environment, you'll help prepare and cook a variety of chicken dishes while keeping quality, speed, and guest experience at the center of every order. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and that signature Official Fried Chicken flavor
• Ensure food is cooked to the proper temperature and plated in a way that makes guests say, "That looks cluckin' good"
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to keep orders flying out hot, fresh, and on time
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ready-to-rock work area
• Learn the POS system, take guest orders, and expo meals with confidence
• Connect with customers as needed and help deliver an egg-cellent, memorable experience
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
• Knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation
• Ability to safely handle knives and other kitchen equipment
• Excellent time management skills to keep the kitchen moving and the chicken sizzling
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to serving high-quality dishes
• Flexible work schedule preferred
• Must be available weekends
