Key Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Service:

Provide every customer with a friendly, professional, and memorable shopping experience.

Inventory Management:

Help monitor and maintain optimal stock levels by following inventory procedures.

Clear Communication:

Foster open and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.

Problem Solving:

Address customer concerns promptly and ensure their satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

Support a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence.

Sales Support:

Contribute to sales growth and profitability by prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Visual Merchandising:

Assist with store displays and marketing efforts to enhance the shopping environment.

Product Presentation:

Ensure products are accurately priced, well-displayed, and fully stocked.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about all smoke shop products and services to better assist customers.

Event Participation:

Help with special promotions and advertising events.

Professionalism:

Handle customer complaints and questions with a friendly, solution-focused approach.

Other Duties:

Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations. Qualifications & Requirements 0-1 year of retail or sales experience preferred. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, both in-person and over the phone. Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve goals. High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate computer skills, including use of POS systems and inventory tools. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
