Brand Ambassador: Entry Level / Training Provided

Catalyst Point is expanding our local outreach team in Charlotte and is looking for energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent AT&T's wireless and internet services to local businesses. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, working in a team environment, and gaining experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement. No prior experience in telecom or marketing is required. We provide in house training , ongoing support, and clear opportunities for advancement for those who show initiative and strong communication skills. What This Role Looks Like Interact with local business owners and staff to introduce AT&T products and services Create positive first impressions through professional, friendly conversations Share basic information about available wireless and internet solutions Identify interest and assist with next steps or referrals to the sales team Represent AT&T and Catalyst Point with professionalism and consistency Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and daily check-ins Who We're Looking For Confident communicators who are comfortable starting conversations People with experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or promotions (helpful, not required) Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through Open to feedback and eager to develop new skills Interested in long-term growth within a sales or leadership track Able to commute to assigned locations and team meeting points

Pay & Schedule Compensation:

Performance-based pay with average weekly earnings of $800-$1,200 , depending on engagement and results

Training:
