Are you outgoing, motivated, and ready to kick-start your career in marketing and sales? Garden State AGNC, Inc. is on the lookout for an energetic and people-focused Marketing Trainee to join our growing team. This role is all about real connections-working face-to-face with customers, supporting our clients, and bringing promotions to life in a retail environment. This is an entry-level, so no prior experience is required. We provide fully paid training and development!

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and participate in our client's promotional campaigns to execute high-energy in-store promotions that attract customers, build excitement, and drive immediate sales Be the face of the brand-confidently explain product features and benefits to potential customers Create authentic connections through friendly, in-person conversations in a retail environment Stay up to date on brand and product details to deliver clear, compelling messaging Engage new customers and create opportunities through direct interaction, grow brand awareness, and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For:

High School diploma or equivalent (required) Experience in marketing, retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills-you're comfortable talking to anyone Self-starter with good time management and follow-through Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Excited to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
