Bilingual AT&T Brand Ambassador

SSG Incorporated is expanding our team in Jersey City, and we're looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join us as a Bilingual AT&T Brand Ambassador (English / Spanish). In this role, you'll introduce residents to the latest AT&T wireless and fiber solutions, helping them upgrade their connectivity while delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, learning about technology, and building valuable skills in sales and communication. No previous experience is required — our team provides hands-on training and mentorship so you can build confidence and grow quickly. What You'll Do as an Bilingual AT&T Brand Ambassador Speak with Jersey City residents about their current wireless or internet services Introduce customers to the latest AT&T phones, wireless plans, and fiber internet options Demonstrate new devices and explain key features in a simple, engaging way Help customers choose solutions that fit their household needs Complete account setups and ensure a smooth sign-up process Track customer interactions and sales activity using our CRM tools Work alongside a motivated team focused on hitting daily and weekly goals Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and enthusiasm What You'll Need to be an Bilingual AT&T Brand Ambassador Fierce competitive spirit and a drive to exceed all performance goals. Bilingual English / Spanish fluent in both! Exceptional communication skills to turn a "maybe" into a "yes." Fast learner eager to master new technology and sales scripts. High resiliency; you view a "no" as a stepping stone to a "yes." Ability to thrive in the high-energy Jersey City waterfront environment. Sharp organizational skills to manage a busy residential client pipeline. Strongly motivated by results-oriented, commission-heavy pay structures. Pay:

$950.00 - $1,550.00 per week
