Brand Ambassador

Job Description Are you passionate about cannabis, wellness, and connecting with people? We're seeking an outgoing, knowledgeable, and reliable Cannabis Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at licensed dispensaries, events, and experiential activations. In this role, you'll educate consumers, support retail partners, and create engaging, memorable brand experiences—all while ensuring full compliance with Massachusetts cannabis regulations. Key Responsibilities Represent the brand at licensed dispensaries, pop-ups, and cannabis events Educate customers on product types, effects, dosing, and responsible consumption Build strong relationships with budtenders and retail staff to drive product awareness Conduct product demonstrations and samplings (where permitted by law) Engage consumers in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming experience Collect customer feedback and event data to support marketing efforts Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of brand activations and events Create and share compliant social media content to promote brand presence Maintain a positive, professional, and compliant brand image at all times Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Prior experience in cannabis, retail, hospitality, events, or customer service preferred Strong understanding of cannabis products ( THC, CBD, terpenes, formats ) or willingness to learn Knowledge of New Jersey cannabis regulations is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules Reliable transportation to travel to dispensaries and event locations Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) preferred Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Preferred Skills Event marketing or brand ambassador experience Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to educate and influence purchasing decisions Ability to collect and report data accurately Passion for cannabis, wellness, and consumer education What We Offer Flexible, event-based scheduling Opportunity to work with a fast-growing cannabis brand Hands-on experience in experiential marketing and cannabis education A dynamic, team-oriented environment
