THE OPPORTUNITY
This isnt your average part-time gig. Barber Flushman Golf is a premium mobile golf simulator experience. We show up to corporate events, private parties, bars, breweries, rec centers, and school programs and turn any space into a world-class golf experience. Think less driving range rental, more event of the year. We're looking for a Brand Ambassador to be the face at events. You'll help set up and break down the inflatable simulator, run events alongside the owner, keep guests engaged, and make sure every single person who steps up to the tee walks away talking about it. This role is as-needed right now, but for the right person, this is a ground floor opportunity to grow with a brand thats just getting started.WHAT YOULL ACTUALLY DO
Show up, set up, and break down the inflatable simulator at events across Western New York Assist with heavy equipment- must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs comfortably Work directly alongside the founder to run events from start to finish Engage guests
- explain the simulator, run games and competitions, keep the energy high Represent the Barber Flushman Golf brand with professionalism and personality at every event Help plan event formats, games, and experiences that guests wont forget Showcase your golf game when the moment calls for it

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
Outgoing, personable, and genuinely fun to be around- guests feed off your energy Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in showing up ready to work Comfortable talking to anyone
- from college students at a bar to executives at a corporate outing Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and assist with equipment setup and teardown A passion for golf is a huge plus
- playing ability is a bonus, not a requirement College students welcome
- Resume building experience
