Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Porsche Brand Ambassador (Sales Consultant) to join our elite sales team. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-oriented environment and has a passion for luxury automobiles. Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities through walk-ins, phone leads, referrals, and online inquiries Guide clients through a professional, high-integrity sales process from initial consultation through vehicle delivery Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Porsche products, features, and training programs Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale Existing dealership clients and leads will be provided Requirements Minimum of 2 years of proven success in automotive sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to structure lease and finance options effectively Excellent organizational and time management abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Compensation & Benefits First-year sales representatives typically earn between $100,000-$200,000+ annually Compensation is commission-based with substantial earning potential tied directly to performance Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, and Disability benefits Paid time off and holidays Porsche training and certification opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment
