Compensation:
$30/hour + commission on TikTok Live Sales (rate TBD)
Schedule:
1-5 days per week; each Live Stream session runs approximately 3-6 hours

Part-time / Flexible, in-person About the Role Kiss is looking for a charismatic, camera-ready Live Streamer to host TikTok Live sessions focused on beauty and hair. You'll be the face of our brand during live selling sessions - engaging directly with our audience, showcasing products, and driving sales in real time. When you're at HQ, you'll also have the opportunity to film short-form TikTok content and skits. What You'll Do Host live-selling sessions on TikTok Live, presenting and demonstrating beauty and hair products Interact with the live audience and respond to live chat in real time to drive engagement and sales Build an authentic, energetic on-camera presence that reflects the Kiss brand Film short-form TikTok videos and skits while at HQ, as needed Come to Port Washington HQ 1-5 days per week for live stream sessions What We're Looking For A passion for beauty and hair - you genuinely love the space and it shows Content and on-camera style that resonates with Gen Z and young adult beauty audiences Strong communication skills - charismatic, quick on your feet, and a great speaker Comfortable and confident in front of a camera, even during long sessions Able to commit to sessions of 3-6 hours at a time, on-site in Port Washington, NY Reliable and able to travel to HQ on a flexible, as-needed schedule Compensation Base pay: $30/hour
Commission:
Additional commission on TikTok Live Sales (rate to be determined) Transportation stipend: Provided based on the number of trips made to HQ
