Outside Brand Ambassador Assistant (Dayton, Cincinnati & Lima, OH) We are seeking a self-motivated, creative, and outgoing individual to join our team as an Outside Brand Ambassador Assistant . This role is a great entry point into a successful marketing and sales career, working alongside an experienced Brand Ambassador to grow and manage a long-standing retail partnership.

Dayton, Cincinnati, and Lima, Ohio Job Type:

Full-time Travel:

Required (100% within assigned regions) What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with retail management teams and associates Present sales performance updates and program insights to department leadership Monitor, track, and analyze sales metrics and performance Assist in developing and improving sales processes Support program growth across multiple retail locations Motivate and engage retail teams to drive results Travel consistently between Dayton, Cincinnati, and Lima markets What We're Looking For Self-starter with strong decision-making skills Creative thinker who isn't afraid to try new approaches Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Background or familiarity with sales and lead generation Ability to motivate, train, or coach others Strong organizational and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (preferred) Schedule Monday through Friday Some weekend availability as needed What We Offer Competitive pay Paid vacation, personal days, and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Company vehicle provided Stable, growing company with advancement opportunities
