Monitor community and developer activity, identify recurring issues, and share actionable insights with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering. Help grow and maintain a healthy, knowledgeable, and engaged developer ecosystem around Claris products and services. Stay current with the latest Claris platform capabilities, including AI integrations and recent FileMaker releases. Contribute customer, developer, and technical feedback that may help inform the future direction of the FileMaker platform. Participate in daily standups and help establish clear development practices and standards across a dynamic, project-based team. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of demonstrated experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining solutions using the Claris FileMaker platform. Strong knowledge of FileMaker solution architecture, data modeling, scripting, layouts, integrations, security, testing, and deployment. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reliable technical solutions. Experience working directly with customers, partners, developers, or other external technical stakeholders. Ability to lead projects through the complete software development lifecycle. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Strong commitment to solution quality, testing, documentation, and long-term maintainability. Preferred Qualifications Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
