Job Description

About Us:
We are a licensed cannabis store that participates in festivals and community events across the region. Our goal is to educate, connect, and provide quality cannabis products in a fun, approachable way. We're looking for reliable, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Festival Staff Team .
What You'll Do:
Assist with setting up and breaking down our festival booth (tents, tables, signage, product displays, etc.) Engage with festival attendees, answering questions and providing information about our products and brand Handle sales transactions and keep accurate records (training provided) Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant booth space Represent our store in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable way Travel to different events across the
Lehigh Valley, Poconos, and Philadelphia What We're Looking For:
Must be 21+ years old (required for cannabis industry work) Reliable transportation to festival locations Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working on your feet for long periods of time Able to lift 30+ lbs for setup and breakdown Positive attitude and team player mindset Weekend availability is required (festivals are primarily Saturdays & Sundays) Perks of the

Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
