The Outpatient Clinician Trainer and Brand Ambassador serves a dual role focused on organizational growth, community engagement, and workforce development by promoting outpatient mental health services through strategic outreach, referral development, and community partnerships while overseeing the onboarding, training, and clinical readiness of newly hired outpatient staff.
