We sell millions of dollars of inventory annually through live-stream auctions and are building a best-in-class team of on-camera talent to drive engagement and sales. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Live Stream Auctioneer to host and run live auctions. This is a hybrid role combining sales, performance, and product knowledge . You will be responsible for presenting items on camera, engaging with a live audience, driving bidding activity, and maximizing final sale prices. This is not a traditional auctioneer role—this is fast-paced, high-energy, and performance-driven , similar to live selling on platforms like Whatnot or eBay Live. Key Responsibilities Live Auction Hosting Run live-stream auctions selling coins and collectibles Present items clearly and confidently on camera Maintain high energy and pacing throughout streams Sales Execution Drive bidding activity and create urgency Maximize hammer prices through engagement and positioning Handle objections and keep momentum during slow moments Audience Engagement Interact with live chat and build rapport with buyers Create an entertaining and engaging experience Build a loyal following of repeat bidders Product Presentation Communicate key details (date, mint mark, grade, rarity, etc.) Highlight value and unique selling points of each item Work closely with the numismatics team to understand inventory Team Collaboration Coordinate with backend team for lot flow and timing Work with operations to ensure smooth stream execution What We're Looking For Strong on-camera presence and confidence High energy and natural charisma Competitive mindset with a focus on driving revenue Ability to think quickly and adapt in real time Excellent communication and persuasion skills Qualifications Sales, auctioneering, live streaming, or public speaking experience preferred Comfortable being on camera for extended periods Interest in coins, collectibles, or precious metals (training provided) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Compensation & Incentives Base salary + performance-based commission/bonuses Additional incentives tied to auction performance and revenue Opportunity to become a top-earning on-air personality
