Our goal is to reduce common dating-app problems like ghosting and catfishing by keeping the process simple and centered on in-person meetups. We're launching www.

CitaCoffee.com in Pasadena, CA, and hiring motivated Campus Brand Ambassadors to bring "Real People, Real Dates" to local college campuses and neighborhoods.

The Role:

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll drive organic user acquisition on your campus and in your neighborhood, helping students move conversations from their phones into local coffee shops.

User Acquisition:

Pitch the CitaCoffee app to peers, clubs, and campus organizations, highlighting how live-photo verification and no-in-app-chat design help address catfishing and ghosting.

Event Activation:

Plan and run pop-up coffee events on or near campus that demonstrate the app's local matching feed, which keeps meetups within easy walking or driving distance.

Local Partnerships:

Help our growth team secure local coffee-shop partnerships to serve as meetup spots, supporting word-of-mouth discovery.

Product Feedback:

Collect feedback from new users on the free tier and report insights to our product team.

Compensation & Perks:

Hourly base pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hr (paid bi-weekly) Performance bonuses tied to campus app downloads and completed meetups, in addition to base hourly pay Free upgrade to our Premium tier Weekly stipend to cover your own CitaCoffee meetups at partner cafes

Who We're Looking For:

Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college/university near the Pasadena/Los Angeles area Must be at least 18 years old (required due to the age-restricted nature of this social/dating platform) Comfortable approaching new people and talking with strangers about the product Familiar with local campus culture and coffee spots Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and meet weekly targets
