Coordinate logistics for in-person events including, but not limited to, contract management, catering, A/V, signage, shipping, and on-site execution. Support strategic event planning in collaboration with the executive team and other stakeholders to align events with agency goals. Manage event budgets, vendor relations, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Partner with Creative, Communications, and other teams to deliver high-quality event collateral, signage, presentations, and digital assets. Oversee registration and attendee communication to ensure seamless participant experiences. Provide administrative support including invoice processing, mailings, calendar scheduling, travel coordination, and reporting. Ensure agency and brand standards are upheld across all event touchpoints and promotional materials. Track, manage and fulfill all promotional materials requests. Order promotional items, work with all stakeholders for successful production of items, and track inventory. Fulfill all NY Mobile ID marketing materials requests. Manage and order Marketing team supplies and collateral.
