Position Overview:

We are seeking outgoing and motivated Sales Representatives to join our event sales team. You will be responsible for selling jerseys and merchandise at youth sports tournaments , engaging with customers, and helping create an exciting experience at each event.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate the FutureStars sales booth at designated youth sports tournaments. Engage with customers , promote products, and provide excellent customer service. Drive sales by explaining product features and encouraging purchases. Manage inventory and handle cash/card transactions accurately. Represent the brand professionally and ensure a positive experience for all attendees. Assist with booth breakdown and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Energetic, outgoing, and great with people ✔ Sales or customer service experience preferred (retail, events, or similar) ✔ Passion for sports, especially soccer ✔ Reliable and able to travel to weekend tournaments (transportation required) ✔ Ability to lift and set up merchandise displays (up to 30 lbs) ✔ Basic tech skills (POS system, payment processing) Why Join FutureStars?
