We are seeking a bright, grounded, and heart-led individual to step into a dynamic role as a Farmers Market Sales Associate, Local Market Manager, and Brand Ambassador , someone who is excited to represent the spirit of Grit & Grace out in the world. What You'll Do Be the Face of Grit & Grace in the Community Create genuine, memorable connections with customers, vendors, and fellow market partners Share the story behind our pieces, our mission, our process, and our purpose Lead and Manage Market Experiences Oversee weekly farmers market operations (April-December) Set up, style, and break down our booth with intention and care Ensure a smooth, beautiful, and successful market day from start to finish Support Behind-the-Scenes Preparation Assist with packing, organizing, and loading inventory on Fridays Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring market setup Be Part of Iconic Charleston Events Represent Grit & Grace at Second Sundays on King Street —one of Charleston's most vibrant and high-energy shopping days Engage with a lively flow of locals and visitors while showcasing our brand in a dynamic retail setting Grow With Us Opportunities to support additional pop-ups, events, and activations throughout the season Step into increasing leadership and ownership within the role over time Who You Are Warm, engaging, and naturally love connecting with people Passionate about sustainability, coastal living, and conscious business Reliable, self-led, and take pride in showing up fully Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs Have a reliable smartphone for processing transactions

Transportation Requirements:

You have a mid-size SUV, truck, van, or similar, or are comfortable driving our market vehicle, which is an old truck.

Schedule Fridays:

2-3 hours (market prep + packing)

Saturdays:

6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (weekly farmers market)

Second Sundays:

Participation required for Second Sundays on

King Street December:

Availability for both Saturdays + Sundays required Additional pop-ups and events available (optional + flexible) Compensation +

Growth Starting Pay:

$18/hour After Training (4 weeks): $20/hour
