We're currently seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our growing team. Through paid training and hands-on mentorship, every Brand Ambassador learns how to confidently engage with customers, represent our client campaigns, and support community outreach and marketing initiatives at live events. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll meet customers in person at community events, promotional campaigns, and fundraising initiatives while sharing the mission of our nonprofit client partners. Every Brand Ambassador plays an important role in building trust with customers, increasing community involvement, supporting marketing efforts, and creating meaningful conversations that inspire support. Responsibilities of the Brand Ambassador Represent nonprofit client campaigns during community outreach events, fundraising initiatives, and promotional events throughout Nashville as a Brand Ambassador. Speak directly with customers about nonprofit missions, fundraising goals, and community impact. Build relationships with customers by providing an engaging and professional event experience. Help increase client awareness by educating customers about nonprofit programs, current campaigns, and community marketing initiatives. Support fundraising efforts through in-person interactions with customers while accurately tracking campaign activity. Collaborate with fellow Brand Ambassador team members to execute successful community events, outreach initiatives, and marketing campaigns. Maintain professionalism while creating positive experiences for customers and nonprofit client partners. Continue developing communication, marketing, and leadership skills as a Brand Ambassador. Qualifications of the Brand Ambassador Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with customers. Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, communications, fundraising, or sales are encouraged to apply. A positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn. Comfortable working in community-based event environments and interacting with diverse customers. Interested in developing long-term marketing, outreach, and leadership skills as a Brand Ambassador. Reliable transportation to our Nashville office and local event locations.
