Part time

• 15 hours a week Friday, Saturday, Sunday+ Mondays We are seeking a charismatic and passionate Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and promote our mission to customers, partners, and the wider community.

As a key ambassador, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, fostering a positive brand image, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. If you have a passion for cannabis and CBD, a flair for sales, and a knack for building connections, this could be the ideal role for you.

Duties:

• Promote the brand through pop up events, Farmers markets, community events, interacting with customers to ensure they have a memorable and enjoyable experience with our brand.
• Promote the brand through handing out products and getting folks to come hear about the WHY?
• Study and gain knowledge about our products and cannabinoids and wellness.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize social media sign ups and use camera on phone to send photos for instagram.
• Collect data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and use this data to inform marketing strategies and sales tactics.
• Represent the brand at events, conferences, and other external functions, fostering connections with key partners and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers, including customers, partners, and the wider community.
• Identify and address any potential stigmas or negative perceptions of the brand, working to create a positive and inclusive brand image.
• Communicate with budtenders and sales employees of retailers, educating on how our gummies work.

Requirements:

• Self Starter
• Must be motivated
• Must be 21 years and older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong sales skills and experience in sales or a related field.
• Organizational skills
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in event marketing and social media management.
• Ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and sales tactics.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Comfortable communicating with diverse groups of people, including those who may be stigmatized or have negative perceptions of the brand.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate the brand's mission and values effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for cannabis and a commitment to our brand's mission and values.
