While this role is heavily focused on self-generation and community networking, we route qualified company-provided leads to our top performers. What You'll Do (The Ambassador Role):
Own Your Territory:
Act as the face of Hamlin Roofing in your designated local city.
Self-Generate & Close :
Hustle to generate your own residential and commercial leads through networking, social media, and local presence. Be a
Hamlin Ambassador :
Get involved in your local community. Attend networking groups, realtor events, and festivals. You must be comfortable putting yourself out there on social media (Facebook, Instagram) to build your personal brand under the Hamlin umbrella.
Full Cycle Management :
Inspect roofs for storm damage or retail wear, build relationships with homeowners, guide them through the process, and stick with them until the job is done.
Who You Are:
Experienced :
You must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in roofing sales (insurance, retail, or commercial). You know how to spot damage and read a scope.
An Outgoing Networker :
You are naturally extroverted, involved in your community, and love talking to people. You don't wait for the phone to ring—you go make things happen.
Digitally Savvy :
You understand the power of "social proof" and are ready to leverage your personal social media pages to attract business.
Honest & High-Integrity:
We are a family-owned business built on trust. We treat people right, and we expect our ambassadors to do the same.
Compensation & Benefits :
Uncapped, performance-based commission structure. Higher commission percentages paid out on self-generated leads versus company leads.
Realistic first-year earning potential:
$80,000 - $150,000+ for driven producers. Volume bonuses and performance incentives.
