We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Brand Ambassador specializing in Creator Relations and Social Events to elevate our brand presence and give our image a familiar, local representative that can make meaningful connections with our community. In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand at elevated social events in the San Antonio area, engaging with creators, customers, and partners through in-person events, social media platforms, and direct interactions. Your enthusiasm for promoting products and building authentic relationships will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your marketing talents while representing a vibrant brand committed to innovation and community connection. Duties Actively promote our brand at in-person events, product demos, and retail locations to attract new customers and engage existing ones. Develop strong relationships with content creators, influencers, and community members to foster collaboration opportunities. Manage social media channels by creating engaging content, sharing event updates, and responding to audience inquiries to boost online presence. Collect valuable data during events and customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts. Previous experience in food service or retail environments demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Proven ability in social media management with a track record of creating engaging digital content. Experience in event marketing or promotional activities that involve public speaking or product demonstrations. Strong communication skills with bilingual abilities preferred to connect with diverse audiences effectively. Knowledge of branding principles, retail store product knowledge, and technical proficiency related to social media tools or event equipment. Demonstrated success in building lasting client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
