Retail Sales Ambassadors play an important role in our brand, at the front lines in our mission to provide superior service to our customers. RSA will demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment by ensuring you are always approachable and welcoming to our customers. You'll be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized and clean sales floor. Initiate conversations and connect with the customer by communicating in a genuine and articulate way; one that ensures the customer is always the priority. Keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas. Process payments with POS system and issue refunds courteously and professionally.

Ideal Candidates:

Minimum 1-year retail experience Enthusiastic and outgoing Strong Work Ethic and a Can-Do Attitude Superior communication and customer service skills Able to lift up to 40 lbs. High school or equivalent (Required) Prior military, military spouses, dependents, and ROTC are a plus, but not required
