Host & Brand Ambassador
  • Full Time SuperVan Supper Clubs Olympia, WA (Must live Olympia to Chehalis area) ⸻ Full-Time | Hosting + Mobile Advertising Operations ⸻ Compensation $20/hour (weekday driving & advertising operations) $150 per hosted trip (weekends) 100% of tips (often significant) Performance bonuses (guest experience, public engagement, bookings)

  • $1,350+ per week ⸻ About the Role This is a dual-role position combining: Weekend Host
  • Lead small-group social excursions (10-14 guests) for dining, entertainment, and casino experiences Weekday Brand Ambassador
  • Operate our fully wrapped SuperVan to maximize advertising visibility and engage the public You are the face of the brand and the energy of the experience. ⸻ Schedule Full-time Weekend evenings (core): Two Nights~4:00 PM
  • 2:00 AM (hosting) Weekdays MTW (10AM-3PM): driving routes and park-and-display advertising.
Hand out promotions at shopping malls. Great job for mothers with children in daycare. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Hosting (Weekends) Welcome and manage groups of 10-14 adult guests Set a fun, social, upscale tone Lead introductions and group interaction Keep energy high and inclusive throughout the night Coordinate timing with driver, restaurants, and venues Ensure a smooth, memorable experience ⸻ Advertising Operations (Weekdays) Drive SuperVan on assigned high-traffic routes (Olympia, Tacoma, Seattle corridors) Position vehicle in high-visibility areas (downtown zones, events, key traffic locations) Follow routing plans to maximize impressions and engagement Engage with interested pedestrians and distribute promotional materials Enjoy flexible downtime during scheduled park-and-display periods, with opportunities to engage the public and build interest in upcoming excursions Track basic activity (mileage, locations, engagement) ⸻ Requirements Must live Olympia, Tumwater, Centralia, or Chehalis area Strong social and communication skills Confident leading and engaging groups of adults Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license with clean record Comfortable driving a high-roof passenger van (Ford Transit type) Reliable, punctual, and self-directed ⸻ Preferred Improv, stand-up, or performance background Hospitality, event hosting, or customer-facing experience Experience driving larger vehicles ⸻ What Success Looks Like Guests say: "That was a great night—we're coming back." Strong group interaction with no awkward gaps Consistent public visibility and engagement during weekday operations Increased interest and bookings driven by your presence and interaction ⸻
