Role:
Infinity Beverages is seeking an outgoing, ambitious candidate for our Brand Ambassador leadership position. This full-time role is designed for a multi-faceted professional who wants to learn our industry from the ground up and grow directly into a key leadership seat within our company. The role will focus primarily on driving brand awareness, increasing social presence, and generating traffic counts both on-site and off-site. This is an hourly position requiring a consistent commitment of 44 to 50 hours per week, structured dynamically across business demands. On a typical week, you will manage offsite events, community collaborations, public relations, and content creation for our social platforms. Based on operational volume, you will also provide direct front-of-house support in our Tasting Lounge—supporting peak service hours, group events, or rushes. As your impact on our community presence and traffic growth expands, the role naturally transitions into higher-level business development and event management.
Primary Responsibilities:
Traffic & Brand Generation:
Promote and build constant community awareness regarding Infinity's products, product releases, events, and the Infinity Club. Success is measured by increases in trackable marketing metrics (engagement, organic search results, and tasting lounge foot traffic).
Business Development:
Explore, secure, and coordinate community collaborations, sponsorships, and offsite events (such as retailer demos, festivals, fundraisers, and socials) that meet company marketing goals.
Dynamic Operational Support:
Provide immediate front-of-house support in the Tasting Lounge during peak weekend rushes, private events, or high-volume hours.
Content Creation:
Manage brand awareness across digital and social platforms by generating clean, engaging, and creative media aligned with the Infinity voice.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Operations:
Cross-train to support general operations, wholesale deliveries, product merchandising, and retail restocking as needed to maintain peak brand alignment across the local footprint and candidates core competencies and prior experience.

Desired Skills & Relatable Experience:
While this is an entry-level leadership track role, an ideal candidate will possess familiarity or relatable experience working with the following professional platforms:
Digital Media & Content:
Familiarity with design platforms (such as Adobe Creative Suite or baseline equivalents) and social media publishing.
Marketing & Communications:
Exposure to text, email marketing, or customer engagement platforms.
Business Operations Software:
Comfort or experience navigating Google Workspace, CRM systems, or enterprise resource planning software (such as Odoo or similar business management platforms). Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, writing, and independent organizational skills.
Essential Requirements:
Passion for the craft wine and spirits industry with an eagerness to continually learn. Valid Driver's License. Bartender's license or a firm willingness to obtain one at your own expense. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and repeatedly lift a minimum of 30-50 lbs for beverage handling and delivery operations.
