Leasing Agent -

Full-Time Compensation:

$18-$20 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits We are seeking a professional, motivated, and outgoing Leasing Agent to join our apartment community located on the Eastern Shore of Baldwin County. Responsibilities Leasing apartments and showing units to prospective residents Coordinate and complete apartment move-in and move-out procedures. Provide administrative and operational support to the Property Manager. Support the Maintenance Team to help ensure a positive resident experience. Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will:

Have a friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Be outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people. Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Be organized and able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
