The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a go-getter attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, and effectively present community features and benefits Lease apartments by qualifying prospects, explaining lease terms, and closing leases Process rental applications, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws Maintain accurate resident and prospect records in property management software Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person inquiries Assist with resident relations, including move-ins, renewals, and general inquiries Support marketing efforts, including maintaining curb appeal, signage, and online listings Collaborate with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth leasing and move-in experience Skills & Qualifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail Go-getter attitude with a proactive and results-driven mindset Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple priorities Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong sales, closing, and negotiation abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed Proficient in basic computer systems and property management software (experience preferred) Knowledge of Fair Housing laws (or willingness to learn) Preferred Qualifications Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience (multifamily experience a plus) Experience working in a high-volume or fast-moving environment Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
