Company Description At Revitalize Realty LLC, we help property owners build long-term wealth through proactive residential property management and renovation services. We focus on protecting and improving our clients' assets while delivering excellent service to both owners and residents. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Resident Relations Coordinator to support our leasing and property management operations. Role Description The Resident Relations Coordinator is responsible for handling the administrative side of the leasing process while helping maintain high occupancy levels across our residential portfolio. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective tenants and supports leasing, renewals, communication, and general office coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms Process rental applications and assist with screening procedures Prepare lease documents and onboarding paperwork Coordinate move-ins and move-outs Maintain accurate tenant and property records Assist with lease renewals and resident communication Monitor leasing activity and vacancy status Coordinate with maintenance and management teams as needed Support general office and administrative operations Deliver excellent customer service to residents and property owners Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently Comfortable working with software systems and online platforms Professional demeanor and positive attitude Prior leasing, property management, administrative, or real estate experience preferred Alabama real estate license is a plus, but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software preferred Compensation and Benefits $20-22/hour (based on experience) Paid Time Off Professional growth opportunities 10 paid holidays per year Positive team-oriented work environment
