Compensation:

$41,600 - $59,000

Responsibilities:

Disburse escrow funds accurately and complete administrative tasks such as reporting Assemble and deliver closing statements to buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, and lenders Review title commitment, lender instructions, purchase and sale agreements to be sure the duties and responsibilities are clear to facilitate closing Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts Coordinate and interact professionally with industry contacts such as loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, sellers, and realtors

Qualifications:

Understanding of mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts College degree or equivalent work experience preferred — high school diploma required Proficient working with escrow / title software Minimum 3+ years of experience working with real estate closing: residential sales, refinance, commercial sales, REO and short sale escrow Excellent written and verbal communication skills required About Company At our title company, we do commercial and residential closings.
