Job Description

In this role, you will assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process, conduct property tours, process applications, prepare lease agreements, and provide exceptional customer service to current and future tenants. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to meet leasing goals while helping maintain high occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents. Conduct apartment and property tours. Process rental applications and lease agreements. Follow up with prospects and maintain leasing records. Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Support marketing and resident retention initiatives.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service, sales, or leasing experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus. Ability to multitask.

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
