We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Leasing/Assistant Manager to join our team at one of our Little Rock communities. Our community features a pool, fitness center, pet-friendly green space, and playground — and we're proud to offer residents a great place to call home. Responsibilities Greet prospective residents, tour the community, and present the property and amenities in a positive light Process rental applications, verify income, employment, and rental history, and guide applicants through the approval process Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals; negotiate leasing terms and close deals Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in AppFolio Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day office operations, including rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and resident retention Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns Stay current on local rental market conditions and competitor pricing Support marketing efforts — online listings, social media, signage, and outreach — to drive traffic and maintain high occupancy Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and coordinate with the maintenance team on unit turn readiness Support administrative duties, filing, and reporting, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws Step in for office leadership as needed in their absence Qualifications Minimum 1 year of property management or leasing experience required Experience with AppFolio required Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing practices Proven customer service, sales, and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with MS Office and general computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available Monday-Friday, with weekend availability as needed
