Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values in Lake Havasu City and surrounding areas. Prepare and present property listings by creating compelling marketing materials and utilizing various platforms to reach potential buyers. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are met. Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing clients with detailed information and insights about each property. Maintain a strong network of industry professionals, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions. Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License in the state of Arizona. Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Lake Havasu City. Excellent communication and negotiation skills . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in real estate software and technology tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills .
