Hotel Broker (Commercial Real Estate Agent)

Company Overview Marquee Lodging Advisors, a hotel brokerage with offices in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Dallas, Las Vegas and Miami is seeking to fill a hotel broker/associate hotel broker position(s). The ideal candidate will be based in Scottsdale and will be familiar with either of the following markets: the Pacific Northwest (PNW), Texas, Midwest, and/or the East Coast. The associate will work out of the Scottsdale headquarters. This position is focused exclusively on the sale of hotel lodging assets within the United States. The associate will be assigned to work on hotel real estate listings and will have the opportunity to assist other brokers within the firm in completing and marketing transactions. Daily activity will include conducting market research, tracking transactions, contacting current and past clients as well as prospecting new clients via cold calls, meetings and touring properties.

Requirements & Skills:

• This position is 100% commission based. The firm is able to provide a stipend while the associate trains and builds either business.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem
• solving skills. Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Understand Excel
• Ability to learn internal systems
• Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field
• Hold or be able to obtain a real estate license
• Ability to travel frequently and with short notice
• Strong understanding of personal finance and money management
• Be able and willing to cold call
