What You'll Do Source residential properties through prospecting, research, referrals, and inbound leads Build relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, agents, and other local sources Analyze properties to determine investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps, etc.) Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers Collaborate with Sales Agents to ensure a fast, efficient transaction for investors
