Paid time off Competitive salary Stratton Group is hiring a full-time Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support residential real estate transactions from contract through closing. This is an in-office operations position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines. The Transaction Coordinator will work closely with agents, clients, lenders, escrow officers, inspectors, and vendors to help each transaction move smoothly and remain compliant.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $65,000 depends on experience Responsibilities Manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing Track contractual deadlines, contingencies, and required documentation Review contracts and transaction documents for completeness and accuracy Communicate proactively with agents, clients, lenders, escrow officers, and vendors Provide timely updates throughout the transaction Maintain organized and compliant transaction files Update the team's CRM and transaction management systems Coordinate inspections, appraisals, disclosures, and closing-related activities Identify potential issues and assist with resolving them Follow established transaction processes and checklists Required Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines Comfortable learning and using technology Professional, dependable, and receptive to feedback Willing to obtain an Arizona real estate license if not currently licensed Available to work in the office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Preferred Qualifications Previous real estate transaction coordination experience Experience in residential real estate, lending, title, or escrow Familiarity with CRM or transaction management software Current Arizona real estate license Technology Our team uses CRM, transaction management, and AI-assisted tools to improve communication, accuracy, and efficiency.
