Job Description:

Industry well-known Real Estate Brokerage in SoCal is seeking for a motivated and energetic candidate to join and expand the company by supporting daily real estate and property management operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in real estate.

Office Location:

Arcadia, CA Responsibilities:

Assist real estate agents with daily tasks and scheduling Help coordinate meetings, office activities, and basic operations Support property management tasks such as tenant communication and maintenance follow-ups Maintain organized files, documents, and records Communicate with clients, tenants, and vendors as needed Help with simple marketing tasks like posting listings or ads Assist with front desk duties and general office support

Requirements:

Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask and manage time effectively Friendly, professional, and a team player Willing to learn and take direction Bilingual in Chinese preferred but not required Basic computer skills

Experience:

Real estate, office, or property management experience is a plus but not required

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
