Qualifications:

Must be Bilingual in Spanish We are looking for Experience but if you don't have experience we will train you. Good communication skills, both verbal and written Strong people skills Responsibilities Assist prospective tenants with inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process. Conduct property tours and showcase available units, highlighting features and amenities. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and leasing activities using property management software. Collaborate with team members to resolve tenant issues and enhance overall tenant satisfaction. Utilize bilingual communication skills to assist Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
