In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties while providing expert guidance throughout the process. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a commission-driven environment and enjoy building strong client relationships in the real estate market. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to prospective clients Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms Maintain and manage client relationships through CRM systems Negotiate offers, contracts, and lease agreements Stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and property availability Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate regulations and company policies Requirements Active Real Estate License (required or willingness to obtain) Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service Knowledge of local housing market and leasing practices Experience with MLS systems and property listing platforms Bilingual (English/Spanish or Russian) is a plus Pay & Benefits Commission-based income (high earning potential) Flexible schedule Ongoing training and mentorship Marketing and lead generation support Opportunity for career growth in real estate Why Join Cogburn Realty?
