Responsibilities Graduate from our Agent Launch We have a super-dialed 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average new agent closes (or pending) 3.4 transactions during this time, seasoned agent is 9.3. Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted! Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? :) Be a student of the game while you master our proven buyer's presentation & offer system. Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication & when the agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win! Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate! Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day! Conduct three open houses monthly Host 3 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance. We have great training around this. Participate in team activities per team standards We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days each week to the office. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all this with us! Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Trainings and Partner Call We treat this job as a career and not a hobby. We help you create a weekly calendar so you know what is expected of you. Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology We have an amazing data entry system for you to track all your calls/appointments.
