Job Description

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a career within investment real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, building relationships, and learning how successful investors and acquisitions professionals evaluate properties and create value. You will learn how to generate investment opportunities through consistent outbound lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up while developing the skills needed to identify potential deals before they reach the broader market. Through real conversations with property owners, investors, and prospective sellers, you will gain practical experience in opportunity sourcing, property evaluation, and transaction management. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will learn how to analyze properties, structure offers, negotiate effectively, and guide opportunities from the initial conversation through closing. The focus is on building productive habits, improving communication skills, and creating consistency through daily activity and relationship building. This environment emphasizes coaching, accountability, and ongoing development. With exposure to active opportunities and mentorship from experienced team members, you will continue building confidence, expanding your knowledge of investment real estate, and developing the foundation for long-term success within a growing sector of the industry. Compensation:
$150,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Lead follow-up Real estate sales Database campaigns Lead generation Follow the team plan Set appointments Close sales Sales talk Execute appointments
Qualifications:
Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments A real estate license is required Good communication Commission opportunity Sales experience About Company KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
