Job Description

Commercial Real Estate Agent We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to establish a career in commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions and building long-term success through consistent activity and professional development. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to expand their knowledge, strengthen business relationships, and develop expertise within the commercial real estate sector. Compensation:
$160,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Lead generation Commercial lead follow-up Commercial sales Set commercial appointments Execute appointments Sales scripts mastery
Qualifications:
Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising Self motivated and self sufficient Excellent communication and negotiating skills Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language Real estate license is required to work with clients and earn commissions Sales experience Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
