What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents Manage incoming calls, emails, and leasing inquiries professionally and promptly Schedule and conduct community and apartment tours Qualify leads and identify prospects that align with community offerings Support resident relations by assisting with service requests and general inquiries Maintain accurate leasing records and follow up with prospects

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a similar customer-facing role Bilingual (Spanish - English) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive, energetic attitude Highly organized with strong attention to detail Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Passion for delivering excellent service and creating positive resident experiences Proficiency with property management software such as
