In this role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help showcase our properties' best features, foster positive client relationships, and ensure a seamless leasing experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possesses a strong understanding of property management tools and legal regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant community while developing your sales and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing comprehensive tours of available apartments and community amenities Manage lease or rental agreement processes using property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, client interactions, and application statuses through data entry and filing systems Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC requirements, and other legal standards Negotiate lease terms and rental rates to meet both client needs and property goals Collaborate with team members on property maintenance issues, client communication, and conflict management to uphold high service standards Qualifications Proven experience in property leasing, real estate administration, or related customer service roles Familiarity with property management tools such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and Section 8 housing programs Strong organizational skills with experience in data entry, filing, and contract management Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Ability to upsell rental units effectively while maintaining integrity and transparency Office experience including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred Previous experience in property management company environments or facilities management is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating welcoming communities!
