Job Description

We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to build a career in commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions and leveraging the strength of a high-producing residential office. This opportunity provides access to a connected network of residential agents who regularly uncover commercial opportunities, creating a unique environment where referrals, relationships, and collaboration can help accelerate your growth in the commercial sector. You will learn to identify opportunities through outbound business development, prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building with property owners, investors, and business professionals. The focus is on creating conversations, uncovering opportunities, and building a pipeline of commercial business while developing the skills needed to work confidently with larger and more complex transactions. You will gain exposure to multiple commercial asset types while learning how to evaluate properties, analyze income potential, understand market trends, and communicate effectively with investors and owners. Through real-world experience and ongoing coaching, you will continue developing the knowledge and confidence needed to navigate commercial transactions from initial conversations through closing. Compensation:
$160,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients Lead follow-up Commercial lead generation Real estate sales Database campaigns Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals Set and execute appointments Close sales Sales script mastery
Qualifications:
Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Proven negotiating and communication skills Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising Independent and self motivated A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Good communication Sales experience About Company Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
