We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to expand leadership influence while continuing to grow personal production and earn rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for an experienced agent who enjoys coaching, leading by example, and helping others build confidence, skill, and consistency within a structured and collaborative environment. You will learn to mentor both licensed agents and individuals completing pre-licensing through hands-on training, live deal guidance, and organized coaching systems. You will work with a steady pipeline of developing agents, creating ongoing opportunities to recruit, guide, and expand your impact while strengthening your own long-term real estate business. $160,00 at plan commissions
